Privacy policy

This document describes the management methods of the website with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.
This information is also provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 to those who interact with the web services of ATIS Srl, accessible online from the address:

https://www.atismanipolatori.com

This policy applies only to the website of ATIS Srl and not to other websites that may be consulted by the user via links (see cookies policy).

This policy is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001, which the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by Article 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and in particular, the methods, timing, and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

The Recommendation and a summary description of its purposes are reported on other pages of this site.

Data controller

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The data controller is ATIS Srl, located at Via Trento, 112-114 , 38017 Mezzolombardo (TRENTO).

Place of data processing

Data is processed at the operational offices of the Controller and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.

The User’s Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than the one in which the User is located. For further information on the place of processing, the User may refer to the section regarding details on the processing of Personal Data.

No data deriving from the web service is disseminated.

Personal data provided by users who submit requests for information materials (such as requests for quotes, price lists, catalogs, etc.) are used solely to perform the requested service and may be disclosed to third parties only when strictly necessary, for example, for the delivery of the requested documents.

Browsing Data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (success, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computing environment.

These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, web contact data does not persist for more than seven days.

Processing of personal data through Google Ads

The website uses the Google Ads service, provided by Google LLC, which uses technologies such as cookies and tracking pixels to measure conversions and personalise advertising campaigns. These technologies allow information to be collected about users’ interaction with advertising campaigns, in order to evaluate their effectiveness and improve the relevance of the advertisements.
The data collected includes, but is not limited to, unique device identifiers, anonymised IP addresses, ad viewing history and website interaction data.

Processing is carried out on the basis of the user’s consent when accessing the site, through the acceptance of cookies, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The user may revoke their consent or manage their preferences at any time using the cookie management tools provided by the site or through the Google Ads preferences page.

Google LLC acts as data processor for data collected through Google Ads, as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Processing of personal data through Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to monitor and analyse the use of the website in order to improve its content and functionality. Google Analytics collects data in aggregate and anonymised form, such as traffic information, duration of visit, pages visited, and technical data relating to the device and browser used.
Google has implemented technical measures to anonymise users’ IP addresses, thus reducing the possibility of direct identification. The data is processed in accordance with European data protection regulations and Google acts as the data controller.

The use of Google Analytics cookies is subject to the user’s consent, which can be managed through the tools available on the website or through browser settings. The user has the right to object to the processing of their personal data for statistical analysis purposes.

Processing of personal data through LinkedIn Ads

The website uses advertising and analytics services provided by LinkedIn Corporation (‘LinkedIn’) through the implementation of tracking technologies such as pixels and cookies, which are used to manage and monitor promotional and advertising campaigns.
Through these technologies, data is collected regarding user interaction with advertising campaigns, including technical data, browsing data and information relating to the use of the website. This data is used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, optimise marketing strategies and personalise advertising content.

The processing of personal data carried out by LinkedIn is in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (‘GDPR’). The legal basis is the consent given by the user when accessing the site and the legitimate interest of the data controller for marketing and analysis purposes.

LinkedIn acts as data processor for data collected through its technologies, as detailed in LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy.

Users can manage and revoke their consent to cookies at any time through the management tools available on the site or through their browser settings.

Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Controller, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organization of this Application (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal staff, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the Data, also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Controller. The updated list of Data Processors may always be requested from the Data Controller.

Retention Period

Unless otherwise specified in this document, Personal Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purpose for which it was collected and may be retained for a longer period due to legal obligations or based on the Users’ consent.
