We are proud to have overcome a handling challenge in the radiator sector! Our customer's wide range of products, with multiple variations in diameter, design, configuration (single/double) and orientation, required a flexible and reliable solution.
The ATIS answer? Our ATISmirus 200 column-mounted manipulator, equipped with a custom-made gripping system: a double pneumatic gripper capable of adapting to different widths (from 300mm to 1010mm with manual adjustment) and gripping the radiators securely thanks to the "L"-shaped rubber-coated jaws.
The result?
